Award-Winning Highlights
Becky won a grant to travel to Southern Sudan to shoot and produce a documentary on Dinka tribeswomen who were kidnapped and sold as sex slaves.
She was part of a team of reporters who contributed to CNN’s coverage of Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath, which earned the network a Peabody Award.
She was also part of the team that earned CNN a prestigious Alfred I. DuPont Award for distinguished coverage of the South Asian Tsunami.
